​A top office, retail and industrial broker in Arkansas, Roger Cole didn’t just step into commercial real estate—he grew up watching the way properties shaped communities and business success. “Even as a kid, I was fascinated by how the right location and the right deal could transform a company’s future,” Roger says. That passion led him to a career where he could help property owners not just fill space but create real, lasting value.
Over the years, Roger has seen too many property owners lose out—either by not having the right strategy, not reaching the right tenants, or settling for deals that left money on the table.
From the start of his career, Roger knew there was a better way and took that challenge head-on. For over 8 years, Roger managed leasing and brokerage for over 3 million square feet of commercial space across Arkansas for his clients. Roger says his focus every day is and has been building opportunities and maximizing cash flow and return on investment for his clients.​​
Prior to his experience in real estate leasing and brokerage, Roger, for over 30 years, was in commercial real estate lending with several national lending institutions. In that role, he advised and assisted real estate investors and developers with the real estate capital requirements. He acted as a lender and advisor to his clients, many of whom are now trusting him with their leasing and brokerage needs..​​
