Julie and Ronald Briscoe were first time entrepreneurs. They decided to work with Hobbytown USA based in Lincoln, NE to start their new business. The capital investment in starting a new business was substantial and they needed to find a landlord willing to help them find the best location and help with Tenant Finish Out costs to get them started. Furthermore, the Briscoe’s needed a landlord that could structure a lease to help them with cash flow in the early years of their new business.
